We have had a number of phone calls regarding bins not being emptied at there “normal” time. We ask that all wheelie bins are kerbside at 8am on your collection day and remain kerbside until the end of business day. If your bins have not been emptied by 5pm then please call our office and we will advise as to why they may not have been collected.
We have restructured some of the runs as we have new vehicles on the road. We would also like to advise that there is no set time as to when your wheelie bin will be emptied so please have them out by 8am until 5pm (unless this has already been emptied) on the collection day.
