The following are common reasons why your bin may not have been emptied;
- We have not received your payment or your direct debit payment has failed
- You have not completed and returned your direct debit authority
- Your bin was not kerbside by 8am
- Your bin was over loaded or had restricted contents

All collections (other than Monday customers who have been notified) will remain as usual. Please place your wheelie bin kerbside by 8am.
Our office will be closed from 3pm on Friday the 22nd December and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday the 9th January.
